A programme for guided self-transformation through yoga.
Participants are offered the opportunity to build and develop a strong and integrated
foundation in yoga practice incorporating the traditional elements of yoga asana, breath
and pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra and subtle body practices. Participants will also
gain understanding of the core philosophical systems and concepts of yoga.
The goal of the programme is to enable participants to develop a strong and stable
personal yoga practice and philosophy, allowing them to build and maintain
momentum of growth and self-transformation in their own lives.
Every 2nd Sunday 9.30am – 4.30pm from February 14th
Dates: February 14th & 28th; March 14th & 28th; April 11th & 25th; May 9th.
Cost: 7 week course $560 includes a manual.

11:45 – 12:45 Philosophy of Hatha Yoga (Lecture and Discussion)
12:45 – 13:00 Guided Makarasana Practice
13:00 – 14:00 Lunch
14:00 – 14:15 Digestive Breathing
14:15 – 15:30 Foundations for Meditation (Practicum)
15:30 – 16:30 Physical Yoga Class (Emphasis on Classical Postures)
