Join instructor Tania Murphy in this free ocean themed yoga session for adults.
Relieve physical, mental and emotional stress and tension. Yoga and mindfulness can also increase your feeling of joy and can benefit everybody regardless of age, ability or experience.
These sessions are designed for adults of any age with soft flowing movements and mindful breathing.
There will be yoga mats available to use at the session, please bring your own if you prefer, along with a water bottle. Please wear clothing that will allow you to move easily and relax.
