‘Living With Joy’ Meditation Tuesdays 6.45pm. Yoga 5.30pm.

Tuesday nights we are sharing the ‘Living With Joy’ meditation course by Orin, channeled by Sanaya Roman.

If you like to join please come to the studio at 6.40pm, and we will start the meditation after our yoga class finishes at 6.45pm.
Of course there is the option of coming to yoga at 5.30pm and stay for the meditation.
This week Meditation is ‘Changing Negatives into Positives’.
