Come and join us in the first of this series of Embodied ecstatic dance and Cacao Ceremony.
This is an evening in which we hold sacred space and with the assistance of the beautiful heart opening plant medicine of cacao we slow down, connect, breath and take a shamanic ecstatic dance journey to fully embody each of the five elements.
There is No dance experience required, this is a style of free form dance in which we drop in and embody ourselves, feel into the music and move as a full expression of our soul. As we move through each of the 5 elements we will feel, express and embody them.
