Join Peta this Saturday for an intentional practice to develop your core strength, stability and alignment.
This focus will continue for the next 4 Saturdays and you are welcome to attend one or all of the Saturdays.
Peta has also developed 4 week blocks with different themes and focus over the next few months for a Sunday evening class and an early Monday and evening blocks.

This series will focus on bringing you into your centre. You will develop your pranayama and meditation practice while flowing through a series of gentle asanas to prepare you for your week.
