We have a new session starting tomorrow Friday 7th June for those who want to start the day with positive energy, and it is FREE.
Following the 20/20/20 formula from Robin Sharma’s 5AM Club book and movement we will be starting with ,,,
- 20 minutes of Yoga, then
- 20 minutes of Journaling (bring your own journal &pen) & ending with
- 20 minutes of Meditation.
Arrive quietly for 5.30am start. We will be finished in time to watch the sunrise.
No need to book.
