Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go. Join us for an immersion into sound and meditation, allow yourself to be carried away with the vibrations of the Singing Bowls, Didgeridoo & Medicine Drums.
Bring along a yoga mat, pillow & blanket. (We have a few spares.)
