Sara believes that each soul has the power to grow, heal and evolve when we listen to our bodies. Through connection to breath, and mindfulness in movement – we are able to control our lives.
Sara learnt these philosophies through self exploration in India while completing her 500ttc in Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha Yoga.
The body needs movement and the minds needs stillness. Sara incorporates the physical movement and connection to breath in her Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Classes, where she pushes you to your limit but also nurtures and encourages you with positive affirmations and present moment awareness.
Sara is a bubbly and enthusiastic human who loves to share a smile and a chat and can’t wait to connect with you through yoga.
