NRG BREATHWORK – “Breath is Medicine” 15th March 6-9pm
Through ancient breathing techniques and carefully curated sound design, this session is here to free you, to shift and transform energy while safely navigating your inner world. Start to really live with balance, confidence, presence and peace.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
– Introduction to Deep State & Somatic Release Breathwork.
– Instruction on the breathing techniques used and safety, with opportunities for questions and the creation of a supportive container.
– An expertly held, deep, transformational, and somatic release journey designed to shift energy and bring alignment to your inner world, fostering presence and confidence in your external reality.
– Integrative and regenerative meditation.
– Closing with an opportunity to share your experience, debrief, and integrate.
If you’re new to NRG Breathwork, be aware:
– This is not a slow breathing meditation.
– Nor is it Pranayama or Wim Hof.
Join us on this journey into deeper states of consciousness and somatic release, facing fears, leaning into discomfort, and breathing intensely toward catharsis. This deeply healing and powerful experience allows access to profound insight, inner peace, bliss, love, and gratitude. It’s not for the faint of heart, but don’t worry the journey sure is worth it.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
– Cardiovascular problems
– High or abnormal BP
– History of aneurysms
– Epilepsy or seizures
– Severe asthma
– Pregnancy
– Severe psychiatric or mental health issues

WHAT TO BRING:
– Wear comfortable clothing
– Blanket
– Eye mask (if you have one)
– Note pad/Journal & pen
– Water

– Do not eat for at least 2 hours before the session.
– A light meal is acceptable if needed.
