Last week we gathered. We moved, we softened.
This week, we return—to deepen the reset.
Through breath and rhythm, movement and stillness, we centre the mind, calm the body, and gently reset the nervous system.
In this class we use music to guide the inhale and the exhale, tuning into our own internal tempo, activating the vagus nerve, and returning to presence.
