The Joyful Path is now offering a Monday evening class to our schedule and is starting tomorrow!
Gain strength, balance and flexibility as Peta guides you into alignment with awareness and breath. Your willingness to give it a go, to dig a little deeper also supports us and is appreciated as we move forward with the desire to grow and offer expanding classes and services.
With restrictions lifted we are able to fill our space. Visitors welcome!
Beginners classes are Tuesdays 10.30am & 5.30pm.
