Coming Back to Your Centre

Postures and breath work are used to raise awareness of your physical centre, and reflection on how you are feeling before, during and after practice raises your internal awareness. Skills learned in the practices can be used to help you feel centred in daily life.

All levels of experience welcome.

No need to book, just arrive a few minutes early.
