Change to timetable – Tuesday 10.30am Yoga is now Meditation

We have made a change to our timetable and our Tuesday 10.30am beginners yoga is now a meditation class.

The body will be awakened, glands and joints activated with some gentle movement before settling into meditation.

This practice can be done in a chair or sitting on the floor.

John is a highly experienced teacher and whether new to meditation or experienced you will learn and grow by connecting inward through this class.
