Take a pause midweek and reconnect with yourself through gentle beginner-friendly breathwork followed by a deeply relaxing meditation with Tibetan sound bowls.

This calming one-hour session helps you release stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance to your nervous system.

What to expect:

• Gentle guided breathwork (beginner level)

• Meditation with Tibetan singing bowls

• A peaceful space to reset and recharge
